On-Line Faculty Activities Report

Welcome to the Faculty Activities Report. This project, begun under the direction of the Provost's office, has become an important vehicle for bringing the Faculty Activities Report into the Computer Age. Many of you have already benefited from the conveniences of this electronic medium, and we think you will be quite pleased with the recent enhancements.

We have added the ability to report on activities by year, allowing at-a-glance reporting of current activities. However, in order for this feature to function properly, we need your help! We have allowed great flexibility in date fields, but we need you to review and correct any dates - especially those in your professional publications, presentations, grants, etc. - to include either a valid date in one of the standard formats (e.g., 1/1/04) or AT LEAST a four-digit year. The report cannot understand dates such as 4/89, but it can recognize April, 1989 or even 4/1989.
